Casein Pro is pure premium quality slow-release Micellar Casein Protein Isolate which is derived from milk.

Casein protein is the insoluble portion of protein naturally contained in milk and well known for its unique time release properties, whereby casein forms a gel upon entering the stomach and results in a steady release of amino acids to the body. Since the body cannot store excess amino acids for use later, supplementing with slow-release Casein Pro drips feeds your muscles with critical recovery promoting amino acids during times of natural fasting, like before sleep.
