For this reason our Myogenic Returns / Refund Policy is simple - At No Additional Cost To You, if you purchase a product from Myogenic.org and our product or service does not meet your expectation, do not use more than 20%* of the product in question and please contact us within 90 Days so that we may arrange to collect and refund or replace your product.

If you need to return or request a refund of a Myogenic product please take note of the following:

1. Email us your order number received from Myogenic.org at time of online order; 
2. Please keep the original Myogenic shipping box if possible, otherwise pack your product into any box suitable for shipping.
   
3. Please contact us on unrivalled@myogenic.co.za 
   
4. Promotional gifts or free items are not eligible for refund unless of course the product in defective in some way.
   
5. *20% Fair rule - we think you wont want to use more than 20% of a product if you not happy with it?

Notice: Reduction in delivery fees as of Jan 2022. Delivery is free in South Africa for orders of R750 or more. Orders of less than R750 have flat rate delivery fee of R75  anywhere in SA (was R99 previously).

International delivery costs vary dependent on country, please email support for more assistance.

We make getting your Myogenic order dispatched and delivered to your door quickly a priority.  Delivery takes on average 1-3 workings days, excluding the day of order.

For Myogenic orders placed by 11am on a working day - delivery to the main centers typically takes 1-2 working days plus an extra 1 working day for outer-laying areas.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email notification with your orders tracking number and you can track your parcels delivery status on our tracking page here

Deliveries are done Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, excluding weekends and public holiday.

All order payments are done securely online by either Credit Card or EFT at time of checkout. 

To complete an order: Add Myogenic products to your online shopping cart, then Myogenic 

website will guide you through entering your delivery details and then finally payment options 

of either Credit Card or Instant EFT

In both cases your payment is done securely via our payment processor and  once payment is

 complete there is no need to send us your payment receipt.

If you email us outside of business hours please do not worry because this will NOT slow down resolution or your dispatch of order because dispatch can only happen during business hours Monday to Friday so we WILL resolve any issues before our next dispatch time.
