Citrulline
Description
Citrulline is regarded as a training and performance plateau buster because of its ability to help you push past previous training levels and reach a new level of physical performance. Citrulline primary effect in hard training athletes may enhance muscular energy, delay fatigue and increase nitric oxide (NO) production.
Although the amino acid L-arginine is more commonly used as a nitric oxide booster, L-Citrulline is considered a more powerful and effective nitric oxide booster. After supplementing with L-Citrulline, it is converted into L-arginine and results in higher L-arginine levels in the body compared to oral L-arginine supplementation. This spike in plasma L-arginine is then used in nitric oxide production.

Directions
Take Citrulline 30 – 60 minutes before training with water, your pre-workout stack or carbohydrate drink.
Dosage: Start with 1/2 scoop (3 grams). If required, gradually increase up to 1 scoop (6 grams).
Effective dosage and timing may require individual experimentation.
